Please review the following instructions and guidelines to assist you using our new online contract site. NOTE: The initial booth payment must be made online using credit card or electronic check. If you are unable to make your deposit via credit card or electronic check please contact your sales team for further assistance.
WINTER 2017 PAYMENT SCHEDULE
- A 30% deposit is required by September 21, 2016 to reserve your exhibit space. Exhibitor is liable for 30% of total contract for cancellations or reductions after this date.
- 70% due by October 12, 2016 – Exhibitor is liable for 70% of total contract for cancellations or reductions after this date.
- 100% due by November 2, 2016 – Exhibitor is liable for 100% of total contract for cancellations after this date.
If you wish to pay the balance by check or wire transfer, NY NOW must receive the full installment booth balances prior to the due date. If payment is not received, your credit card may automatically be charged for subsequent payments based upon the following schedule.
