Rose hydrosol – or rosewater – is the rose petal liquid derived from the steam distillation process of the delicate and fragrant rose petals of Rosa Damascena, grown and harvested in Rose Valley, Bulgaria. It carries traces of rose essential oil molecules and has the same amazing properties as those of the rose essential oil in a gentler form and with a softer aroma. It is soothing, hydrating and toning and it is antibacterial, antiviral, anti-septic, and anti-inflammatory. Rose water balances the skin pH level, providing optimum hydration. With pleasant and aroma-therapeutic fragrance, it leaves the skin supple, radiant and glowing.
HOW TO USE
- Facial toner: Apply to cleansed skin for deep hydration before facial cream application either by spraying directly onto the face or by first saturating a cotton ball. Its mild astringent properties tightens the pores.
- Refreshing mist: Spritz at any time during the day when your skin needs hydration and refreshment (at the office, on the beach, by the pool, while flying or boating, after exercise)
- Pillow spray: Spay on pillow as part of night-time routine to experience the rosewater aromatherpeutic benefits.
- Hair mist: Apply to hair as part of hair routine or as a special conditioning treatment that will help strengthen the hair, promote hair growth, elasticity and shine.
