• $300 Opening Order (Jun 18, 2026)

  Opening orders placed during a show are eligible for a 14-day payment period from the date the order is submitted.

  If payment is not received within 14 days, and after two email reminders and one phone call have been made, the order will be considered void and canceled.

  Any replacement or new opening order submitted after a canceled order will be subject to a minimum opening order requirement of $350.00.

  Shipping charges are additional and are not included in the $300 opening order amount. However, opening orders of $500 or more qualify for free shipping.

  Free Shipping Promotion Disclaimer

  Free shipping is available on orders of $500 or more placed at the NY NOW Market in August 2026.

  To qualify for free shipping, invoices must be paid in full within 14 days of the first invoice email. The vendor will send up to three (3) email reminders and make one (1) phone call as a courtesy. If payment is not received in full by the 14th day following the initial invoice email, the order will be canceled.

  Canceled orders are not eligible for reinstatement with free shipping. Any reordered merchandise will be treated as a new order and will not qualify for this promotion.

  Please allow up to two (2) weeks after the closure of the market to receive your final invoice if your order is handwritten. Most invoices will be emailed while you are at the booth. 

  Customers should monitor their inbox and junk/spam folders for communications from info@ramsaygourdhome.com and rgourdhome@gmail.com, including your welcome packet with instructions for setting up your account in Candid. Access to Candid is required to view and pay your invoice.
